Gross National Happiness Centre inaugurated

The Gross National Happiness Centre Thailand was established in Thailand in 2016, under the patronage of GNH Centre Bhutan in collaboration with B.Grimm, a multi-business corporation. The opening ceremony was presided over by the HRH Ashi Kezang Choden Wangchuck of Bhutan on 12 October 2016. The centre adopts a unique approach to development, aiming to demonstrate and put into practice the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great. It aims to strike a balance between material and non-material values by prioritising the happiness and well-being of humans and all life.
